WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR BOX?
If you order before we are sold out or before the close off date which is usually the 15th of the month, you will receive the same month's Bomibox or Bomibag. If you order after we are sold out or after the 15th, you will receive the following month's shipment.
We ship out once a month, at the end of the month. Please note that your subscription may renew before you have received your Bomibox or Bomibag. If you do not want it to renew until you've received yours, you can login to your account and skip the renewal. If you want to unsnap, you can also do so.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your Bomibox or Bomibag is shipped to you.

We ship to most countries worldwide.

- International shipping rates vary by country - please view the shipping fees on the checkout page

BomiBox subscription boxes are delivered monthly between the middle/end of the month in waves. All subscribers will be notified via email once shipping has begun.
Please note: International subscribers might wait longer (generally 7-14 Business days) to receive their BomiBoxes as we ship from the US.
If there are any customs delays in your country, your subscription might have renewed in that period. If boxes have already shipped and 3 weeks has passed and you still have not received yours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up for you.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES & CUSTOMS
Please note: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, any packages returned or delayed by USPS, shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 7-14 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express and PayPal.
If you wish to return a box, or anything is damaged please contact us at email@example.com for return information. Please note that you will pay for the return shipping and we will refund you once the package is received back with all products and free gifts in its original unopened condition.
For international boxes, if you do not accept the delivery of your box and it is returned to us, we will not be able to refund you on the shipping or return shipping. We will however refund you on the subscription cost of your box.
