What is BomiBox/Bomibag?

BomiBox is a Korean Beauty monthly subscription. We have 3 options to select from:

Bomibox - This is a monthly mystery Korean Beauty Box filled with 8 full OR deluxe sample sized Korean skincare, makeup, beauty & body products. This is our flagship deluxe box.

Bomibag - This is a monthly mystery Beauty Bag filled with various Korean, Japanese or Taiwanese skincare, makeup, beauty or body products. It includes deluxe sample items. It's an Asian discovery/goodie bag for you to sample the best in Asian Beauty.

Gift Boxes - We also have one off gift boxes and bags that do not renew.

What payment methods are available?

We accept any valid credit card and Paypal. We have no visibility of your credit card information.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping to the US.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. To see international shipping rates, you can click on the subscribe button, once you put in your address, the shipping will automatically be calculated. We offer international tracking.

I made a mistake on my order, can I still change my details?

Provided we have not yet shipped out your product, you are able to change your details. Just send us an email!

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes - just log into your account and cancel your subscription. If you simply want to skip a month and not cancel you can also do that. If you experience any difficulties, just drop us an email at hi@bomibox.com. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation. Please note that you will still receive any remaining boxes or bags due to you but will not be charged after that.

When is the BomiBox/Bomibag shipped out?

If you order before we are sold out or before the close off date which is usually the 15th of the month, you will receive the same month's Bomibox or Bomibag. If you order after we are sold out or after the cut off date, you will receive the following month's shipment.

We ship out once a month, at the end of the month. Please note that your subscription may renew before you have received your Bomibox or Bomibag. If you do not want it to renew until you've received yours, you can login to your account and skip the renewal. If you want to unsnap, you can also do so.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your Bomibox or Bomibag is shipped to you.

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes. You will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped with a tracking number..

My box hasn't arrived

Check your tracking number on your account, or you can follow up with your local post office. You can also pop us an email directly at hi@bomibox.com and we will follow up and let you know.

What brands do you have in the BomiBox?

We work with many trusted and authentic Korean beauty brands. We test and select brands that are popular, cult favorites, underground secrets, trending or new discoveries. Brands we have included in past boxes have included: Huxley, Skinfood, Innisfree, Etude House, COSRX, Leaders, Mediheal, Innisfree, Nature Republic, Hemish, My Beauty Diary, Missha, Dearpacker, Benton, Holika Holika, It's Skin, Klavuu, Son & Park, Elizavecca, Mizon, Secret Key, SNP and many more.

Can I send a BomiBox subscription as a gift?

Yes, just select the option for "Gift" on the final checkout page. Your payment details will be used, but you can add the gift recipient's address for delivery and add a gift message. You can choose whether to send just one box, or a renewing subscription. The recipient will also receive an email with a gift notification if you add the recipient's email address.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed as soon as you subscribe for your first box, and then on the last day of the month, at the end of the period you selected.

If you selected a monthly option, you'll be billed at the end of every month. If you selected a 3 month option, you will be billed for a total of 3 months every 3 months.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you are not happy with your box, let us know by emailing us at hi@bomibox.com. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label of the return.

Please note that all products must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition, including free gifts, samples, marketing material. If any items are not returned or determined to have been opened, we will deduct our cost price of the product from your refund.

Once we receive the returned box, a refund will automatically be applied and paid back into the original card you paid with.

When will I receive my first box?

We order a set amount of products from Korea in order for it to arrive in the US in time. This means our available stock can sell out quite fast. The cut off date for subscriptions is the 15th of every month for the same month's box.

If you subscribe after the 15th or boxes are sold out, then your first box will be the following month. E.g. If you subscribe before the 15th January, you will receive a January box, if you subscribe after 15 January your first box will be the February box.

The next available box is listed on our homepage on the Shop button.

Should we receive any cancellation, we will add you to the earlier shipment on a first come first serve basis.

How long will delivery take?

In the US, delivery takes 3-6 days.

International orders can take 7-14 business days depending on your country and also on any customs procedures that are out of our control. For international orders, you might receive your box after the subscription renewal/rebill date.

International Tracking- Please note that we offer international tracking. If for any reason your package is delayed, you can follow up with your local post office with the tracking number on the tracking screen or contact us and we will assist you.

Are the products authentic?

Yes - all our products are 100% authentic and imported directly from the manufacturers in South Korea. If you have any concerns, please email us at hi@bomibox.com

How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping to international destinations is based on your country. It ranges from $12 to $25 depending on your country. Shipping rates are subject to change (higher or lower) based on the pricing we receive from USPS and our international carriers. You will receive notice if this is the case.

I made a mistake on my order and need a refund

No problem! Just drop us an email and we will refund you. The refund request is sent to your bank immediately. You will receive the money back into your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated. (This is dependent on your bank.)

Note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal.

Can I skip a month?

Yes! Just login to your BomiBox account via your order confirmation email and select the "Skip Month" renewal. You will not be charged for the next month's box and will not receive a box. Your subscription will commence the month after until you skip again or cancel. You can skip as many months as you want whenever you want. You can also cancel at any time and reactivate at anytime.

Can I order and cancel immediately so I just receive one box?

Yes you can.

Where can I see the ingredients list of the products?

You will receive an English information card with each BomiBox. For ingredient analysis, visit http://www.cosdna.com for a complete analysis of all ingredients in each product.

What is the value of the products in the box?

We don't include the value of the products in the BomiBox as the purpose of the box is to be like a gift to yourself and almost no one includes the value of gifts when they give one.

In the information age, value has also become subjective with so many sites offering the same product for different prices, with some following the Manufacturer's Suggested Retal Price, others for lower prices excluding shipping and others for higher prices including shipping. Even so, with all the given scenarios, the BomiBox value still surpasses the cost of your subscription per month.

Depending on the products for that month, you can estimate each product at anything from 1.5 - 3 times the value of what you're paying for your BomiBox subscription per month.
