Why Korean Beauty?
In which we strive for glowing skin
A common saying in Korean Beauty is, "less makeup, more skincare." The concept is simple, the healthier your skin looks, the less makeup you'll need. Makeup is generally used to enhance our natural beauty, but it is also used to disguise skin imperfections. Imagine if you could get rid of the skin imperfections and really nail the #nomakeup look? This is where Korean skincare excels - it teaches you how to treat your skin the way it's meant to be treated, with love and tons of nourishment. In fact, it is claimed that Korean Skincare is 12 years ahead of the rest of the world! So why Korean Beauty? Why not?!
The Korean mask from Leaders gave my face moisture that I never had
Korean skincare made me really take care of my skin and think about stuff I'm using and when and how I'm using them. My skin is definitely way better than before, wanted only attention and layers 😍😄
Yes, absolutely. It's not perfect, but the change is substantial and I'm beyond thrilled with the progress I've made in under one year with Korean skincare products than many years combined with some domestic products. My skin looks brighter, clearer, and calmer. I'm utterly sold on snail, honey, fermented products, and more! I can't wait to keep exploring what's out there, but I've got a fairly solid routine now that's been doing me good. 💙
Korean cosmetics made my skin so much more glowy and much more clear!
Korean products have definitely changed my skin! :) I love the high quality of their products and how bright and moisturized my skin feels afterwards, specially with korean sheet masks :)
would die for this💕 honestly after using my Nots cleanser and toner, and sheet masks I can happily go out without makeup. Something I've never done ever!! I used to feel so ugly without it, now I feel even more beautiful! My skin is so matte but glowy it's hard to explain
Korean products got rid of my cystic acne! No more dermatologist prescriptions!

Korean products made my skin so much more moisturized and smooth.
Low ph cleansers have made it so skin no longer feels tight and flaky and regular sheet masking has made my skin much brighter✨
Korean skincare has changed my skin so much. I started to care more about my skin, ingredients and about myself. I also realised that my skin needs more than a simple moisturiser. Especially now during winter time I see how much my skin changed. I don't have typical day patches anymore.
The Corsx aha/bha toner has helped clear out pores and eliminate a good bit of my blemishes and my elizavecca bubble clay mask is 👌 for a good deep clean. Probably my favorite clay mask.
Korean skincare helped my acne and didn't irritate my sensitive skin; with western brands I have to use products that are all natural/organic. Also i feel like korean products (skincare & makeup) are made better than some western brands 😊.
I love Korean cosmetics! They changed my life! BB creams are my favourite ♥ anti wrinkle and sunscreen i love it! ♡ moisturize skin and beautify it! I use my Korean BB cream every day, i also love green tea lotions, they make my skin hydrated and soft! Love! 💗
I've been using Korean skincare products for one year and a half. I used to have dry flakey skin in some spots, still I have big pores, but since I started using these products it has even up my skin, and the dryness has disappeared. I still get some pimples but it is way less than it used to, and most of them are hormonal caused.
Korean skincare has almost completely cleared up my hormonal acne! I love Korean skincare.
Korean skincare has really made the biggest difference in my skin. I used to be very self conscious mainly because I would have dry/flakey patches on my face alone with the scares my acne would leave 😢I had tried a lot of western products, from high to low end & they just weren't targeting my skincare needs. I have sensitive, combination & acne prone skin & most products would just break me out or leave my skin super dry. Ever since I transitioned to Korean skincare, seriously my skin has been amazing! Innisfree's green tea skincare line along with missha's time revolution line has done wonders! My skin is really going to thank me in the years to come 💖
Since I switched to Korean skincare products the texture of my skin has improved drastically. It's more hydrated, smoother, and clearer.
Corsx BHA returning A sol is bae 😍😍 for hormonal breakouts and open pores. I cant live without it.
My skin in sensitive and can sometimes get dull. Also because I have chocolate skin I am prone to hyperpigmentation. Korean skincare has not only been able to help with all of the above mentions, it's also fun! Everything looks cute, has a purpose and works. I love to feel like I'm pampering myself and nothing else beats the feeling I get than when I like what I see when I look in the mirror. 👑💜👑
I am so happy to have found kbeauty. It has helped control the oil and sebum production on my face, which has caused less breakouts and evened my skin tone!
The cosrx aha/bha toner and the AHA whitehead power liquid changed the texture of my skin and healed my breakouts. Im already in the road to recovery. Im so happy that I tried those products and im buying more coz it has been helping my oily/acne prone skin. ❤️
The korean skincare has made doing my routine a joy, first it was because of the beautiful packaged items and now it has really educated me about ingrediants and what they do. Unlike when I used to buy western products, I used to just buy what was advertised but since my Kbeauty journey began 3 years ago I am more educated in skincare and I also have clean, clear and radiant skin.
Korean beauty products definitely changed my life. After struggling with skin issues pretty much my entire adult life, I moved to Hong Kong for work. One day I wandered into a Sasa, found a snail mask and essentially fell down the rabbit hole. It was later that I finally realized my skin had been severely dehydrated and my barrier was badly damaged. Double cleansing and switching to low PH cleansers was a game changer for me. Kbeauty also empowered me take matters into my own hands and really DO something about my skin!!
Well, I began my journey to feel beautiful again a year ago. I was trying western products for a time, but progress was slow and minimal. I got interested in Kbeauty last summer, and decided to try it out and share my adventures on instagram. It started as just an experiment but I fell in love with korean products. I don't have to shell out obscene amounts of money to get products that actually work. A year ago, my cheeks and forehead felt like sandpaper. Now, as i sit here writing this, I still can't believe how velvety soft and smooth my skin is. Korean beauty here on instagram has also allowed me to connect with other women in a way that I have never done in my life. Love the community here, and thank all these lovely ladies from the bottom of my heart.
Korean skincare has changed my skin period. I have spent years and way to much money than I'd like to admit on products for my stubborn acne. I began getting acne at the ripe old age of 12 and haven't been free of it (yet 😉). Now you can imagine what that does to a budding teenagers confidence, needless to say, I was haunted by my skin, constantly teased about it and being stared at all the time, because no one else had it yet 😔. So I decided it was time to hit the stores. I've used drugstore brands, natural remedies and even an acne prescription that did clear my skin but also gave me crazy dry patches, peeling and extreme sensitivity. I've tried Korean sheet masks before from The FaceShop and I did enjoy them, but I never delved into kbeauty beyond sheet masking. As of September 30 I have abandoned my prescription and fully embraced Korean skincare and I have seen a dramatic difference in my skin. Not only has it repaired and restored my skin from the damage of my prescription, but it has tackled my acne like no one's business. I cannot begin to explain how much this has done for me; I'm more confident, more happy and overall more healthy as a result of this switch over. That's why I made this account, to share my skincare journey with the world and let everyone know about it ☺️. Sorry for he essay but I just wanted to really share my love.
