Please note, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, incorrect delivery addresses, any packages returned or delayed by USPS, shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your state or country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package is shipped to you. 

WHEN DOES BOMIBOX SHIP?

The BomiBox ships out once a month towards end of the month in waves.

NEW SUBSCRIBERS - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST BOMIBOX?

If you ordered after the 15th of the month or we are sold out, you will receive the next month's Bomibox, if you ordered before the 15th of the month, you will receive the same month's Bomibox. You will receive an email with tracking once we start shipping your box and we will also keep you posted on our social media.

Should we receive cancellations before the BomiBox ships out, we will place your order on the next shipment even if you ordered after sold out status.

We will always try to ship out all BomiBoxes by the estimated date, but please note shipping dates are estimates only and can be changed to later or earlier depending on stock arrival from South Korea and customs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note: International subscribers might wait longer (generally 10-15 Business Days) to receive their BomiBoxes as we ship from the US. There is limited tracking, but you will be notified once your box ships.

If there are any delays to your country, your subscription might have renewed in that period. If boxes have already shipped and 3 weeks has passed and you still have not received yours, please email us at hi@bomibox.com so we can follow up for you.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages. Because we use USPS we are also able to ship to DPO.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

  • Free shipping for all states within the USA
  • International shipping rate dependent on your country. Please view the shipping fees on the shipping calculator when you checkout. It is calculated based on your address.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT (USA)

If you would like to track your shipment, please click on the tracking number in your Account information. Alternatively, visit this link: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm and input your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours before the tracking number becomes live after receiving the shipment confirmation.

International customer can check their tracking in the link provided in the shipment confirmation email.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
