The BomiBox ships out once a month towards end of the month in waves.
If you order before the 15th or before we are sold out, the you will receive the same month's shipment, else you will receive the following month's shipment. The main webpage will be updated to which box/bag you will receive. If we have extras in stock, or we are not yet sold out, you may still receive the current month's shipment. You will receive an email with tracking once we start shipping your box.
Should we receive cancellations before the BomiBox ships out, we will place your order on the next shipment even if you ordered after sold out status.
We will always try to ship out all BomiBoxes by the estimated date, but please note shipping dates are estimates only and can be changed to later or earlier depending on stock arrival from South Korea and customs.
Please note: International subscribers might wait longer (generally 7-14 Business Days from the time you receive your tracking number) to receive their BomiBoxes as we ship from the US.
If there are any delays to your country, your subscription might have renewed in that period. If boxes have already shipped and 3 weeks has passed and you still have not received yours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up for you.

We ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages. Because we use USPS we are also able to ship to DPO.

If you would like to track your shipment, please click on the tracking number in your Account information. Alternatively, visit this link: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm and input your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours before the tracking number becomes live after receiving the shipment confirmation.
International customers can check their tracking in the link provided in the shipment confirmation email.
Delivery time within the United States is 3-8 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.
