All Bomibox subscriptions ship at the end of each month from our fulfillment center in the United States.
Order before the 15th: You will receive the current month's box, shipping at the end of that month.
Order after the 15th: Your first box will ship at the end of the following month.
We ship worldwide! International shipping is available to most countries.
For US customers, there are no customs fees or import duties β your Bomibox ships directly from our warehouse in the United States.
For international customers, please be aware that your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges.
We declare all shipment values accurately to ensure smooth customs processing.
Once your Bomibox ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note:
You can update your shipping address at any time by logging into your account at bomibox.cratejoy.com.
Important: Address changes must be made before the 1st of the month to apply to the upcoming shipment. Changes made after the 1st may not be reflected until the following month's box.
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hi@bomibox.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to find a resolution.
