Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how and when your Bomibox ships.

Shipping Schedule

All Bomibox subscriptions ship at the end of each month from our fulfillment center in the United States.

1.

Order before the 15th: You will receive the current month's box, shipping at the end of that month.

2.

Order after the 15th: Your first box will ship at the end of the following month.

United States Shipping

  • βœ“Free shipping on all US orders
  • βœ“Delivery time: 3-5 business days after shipment
  • βœ“No customs fees or import duties β€” we ship from our warehouse in the United States
  • βœ“Tracking included with every shipment

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping is available to most countries.

  • β€’Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location
  • β€’Delivery time: 10-20 business days depending on destination
  • β€’Ships from the USA with clearly declared values for smooth customs clearance

Customs & Import Duties

For US customers, there are no customs fees or import duties β€” your Bomibox ships directly from our warehouse in the United States.

For international customers, please be aware that your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges.

We declare all shipment values accurately to ensure smooth customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your Bomibox ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.
  • You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your email.
  • If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of the expected ship date, please contact us.

Shipping Address Changes

You can update your shipping address at any time by logging into your account at bomibox.cratejoy.com.

Important: Address changes must be made before the 1st of the month to apply to the upcoming shipment. Changes made after the 1st may not be reflected until the following month's box.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hi@bomibox.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to find a resolution.

Please allow the full estimated delivery window before reporting a package as lost:

  • US orders: up to 10 business days from ship date
  • International orders: up to 30 business days from ship date
