Overview

At Bomibox, we want you to love your K-beauty experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return process. Please review the details below.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your Bomibox to contact our support team if you would like to request a return or refund.

  • Unopened boxes: We offer a full refund for boxes that are returned in their original, unopened condition within the 14-day window.
  • Opened boxes: Due to hygiene and safety reasons related to skincare and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns for boxes that have been opened or products that have been used.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your box by emailing hi@bomibox.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Wait for confirmation. Our support team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the box back in its original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete box, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement product, store credit, or a partial refund depending on the situation.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Bomibox subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. To cancel:

  1. Log into your account at bomibox.cratejoy.com
  2. Navigate to your subscription management page
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm

Important: Cancellations must be made before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month.

Skipping or Pausing

Not ready to cancel? You can also skip a month or pause your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account and manage your subscription preferences before the 1st of the month.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Boxes returned after the 14-day return window
  • Gift subscriptions that have already been redeemed
  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Pre-Paid Subscription Refunds

If you purchased a 3-month or 6-month pre-paid subscription and wish to cancel before the term ends, refunds will be calculated based on the number of boxes already shipped at the monthly rate ($39.99/month). The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
