At Bomibox, we want you to love your K-beauty experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return process. Please review the details below.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your Bomibox to contact our support team if you would like to request a return or refund.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete box, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

You may cancel your Bomibox subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. To cancel:
Important: Cancellations must be made before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month.
Not ready to cancel? You can also skip a month or pause your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account and manage your subscription preferences before the 1st of the month.
If you purchased a 3-month or 6-month pre-paid subscription and wish to cancel before the term ends, refunds will be calculated based on the number of boxes already shipped at the monthly rate ($39.99/month). The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
