Thank you again for your patience. We’re happy to let you know that the shipment has now cleared customs and February boxes have begun shipping.
We sincerely apologize for the delay. The shipment was held for FDA customs clearance, which was unfortunately outside of our control. We worked closely with our logistics partners to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Once your box ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its delivery.
Renewals remain paused, and because of this delay there will be no March box. Renewals will resume at the end of March for the April box.
If you purchased a multi-month subscription (for example a 3-month plan), your subscription will simply shift forward by one month. You will still receive the full number of boxes included in your plan.
